To meet 400+ employees across India to understand their role, then write job description against each role and proposing a structure which is most efficient and cost-effective was a challenging task.
Our Solution
With a dedicated team of 5 resources and with onsite/offshore arrangement in 5 visits, in-person interviews for Mumbai and telephonic with other than Mumbai locations were planned, in addition, a dedicated resource was deputed at ISSL office.
